In 2017, I stepped back from the tech industry. I’d worked in tech my entire adult life, but I started to feel ethically conflicted as major companies were revealed to be undermining democracy, forging a tech oligarchy that benefited only a few at the cost of the many.
Then my Vision of Love First happened. Soon after, I discovered the joys and appeals of coaching. I enrolled in multiple coaching programs: High Performance Coaching by Brendon Burchard, ontological life coaching from Maria Nemeth’s Academy for Coaching Excellence, and flow state & productivity work with the Flow Research Collective by Steven Kotler. I’m so grateful for these teachings, which I’ve woven into my everyday life—enriching both me and my clients.
