Our world faces massive challenges: climate change, ecosystem collapses, irresponsible AI development and a dangerous AI-based economic bubble. We live under rising authoritarianism (which never turns out well for anyone—including those on the side of the authoritarian), and our institutions are crumbling.

Yet as terrifying and depressing as that all can seem, I remain hopeful.

But here’s the thing: we cannot sit around and hope that our government and corporations change. We have to be the change that this world desperately needs, and we can do so with the culture we choose to create every day.

If we play the Game of Power the way those who write the rules play it, we’ll forever be chasing after them—and in the meantime, fail. So what if, instead, we choose to play the Game of Love? What if we shifted our culture to one that values love, care, collaboration, community, and harmony over wealth and power? And what if we built a shared identity to represent this cultural shift — one that guides how we live, work, and relate to each other?

That is the vision behind Love First — a framework for reshaping how we think, feel, and act in the world. And I want to share it with you live.
